Organizational structure and staff
The project will have an organizational structure, at University level, with at the top the Scientific Coordinator, with functions of coordination and control of all the educational, economic and evaluation activities connected to the project. The Scientific Coordinator has direct relations with the administrative coordinator for all the administration activities, with the person in charge of monitoring and evaluation for the quality of the services offered, with the person in charge of communication for planning the policies of dissemination in and outside the University, with the coordinator of the courses and is part of the technical-scientific committee which will control all the progressing stages of the project.
